County Affordable Housing Program Workshop
For first-time homebuyers, balancing suitability,
desirability and affordability can be a real juggling act.
Fortunately, there are plentiful and creative housing
resources in Santa Cruz County. From measures “J” and
“O” to the first time home buyer program, there are
programs and money available to help you purchase your first
home. Come to
this free workshop and learn about programs such as up to 25%
down payment subsidies for home and mobile home purchases. County
experts will be on hand to explain many of the programs.
If you have not owned a home in 3 years, then you may be
eligible to qualify for these programs.
